目前,各个学校都有专职或兼职的安全管理人员和工作人员,但是却没有专职或兼职的安全教育人员,学校也没有开设专门的安全教育课,学生所接受的安全知识主要来源于学校的安全报告会、橱窗宣传、新闻媒体宣传以及家长和老师们的点滴告诫,所以他们所掌握的安全知识很少、且不系统不完善。面对这一现象,我们在征求学校领导意见的基础上,决定由我们体育教师兼职进行安全教育,充分利用体育理论课向学生传授各种安全知识,我们具体的做法是:首先对各种安全知识和安全素材进行搜集、整理和精加工,利用体育理论课进行讲述和演示或是配合学校政教处进行讲座、图片展览等。同时,我们在新生进校后首先进行行为规范教育,包括:上下楼梯靠右走,出操、用餐各班的队形和行走路线等。目前我们每年都进行宣讲的安全教育宣传资料主要有:"运动损伤的预防和急救方法"、"自然灾害发生时的自救和救人方法"、"火灾发生后的自救和救人方法"、"野外遇险求生方法"、"传染病的防治方法"、"食物中毒急救方法"、"交通安全"、"防身抗暴自卫方法"等等,根据我们的教育信息反馈,学生对我们利用体育理论课进行安全教育之举大加赞赏,他们表示通过老师系统的宣讲他们不但学到了许多系统的安全知识,而且还知道了大量的应急逃生自救技巧和救人方法。

2、利用实践课教会学生多种应急逃生自救技巧

体育教师在利用体育理论课向学生传授一些安全知识的同时,也要学会利用体育实践课来教会学生掌握大量的应急逃生自救技巧,因为面对灾难时,能够化险为夷的都是那些既掌握了一定的安全知识,又掌握了必需的逃生自救技巧的人。所以我们体育教师在进行安全教育时要善于利用体育实践课各教学单项的特点,根据学校的具体条件和情况,有意识的将一些安全教育内容和体育教学内容有机的整合到一起,来帮助学生掌握那些行之有效的应急逃生自救技巧。例如:在教学生练习引体向上的同时,我们有意识将爬竿、爬绳、爬墙和爬树等内容一并纳入教学之中,使学生在锻炼上肢力量的同时来提高他们的攀爬能力,使他们能很好的掌握多种攀爬逃生自救技巧;在进行技巧滚翻教学时,向学生宣讲突然摔倒或从高处落地后做滚翻缓冲的自救技巧;在进行武术教学时,我们选择了一些有防暴和抗暴作用防身格斗术来辅助教学,通过教学,不但强健了学生的体魄,提高了他们的身体素质,而且帮助他们学会和掌握了许多防身格斗技巧,增强了他们在单独对敌时与敌搏斗的信心和勇气,切实为他们的正当防卫、见义勇为以及逃生自救提供了有力的技术保障。

3、利用实践课教会学生应急救人方法

他人有难,谁都应该伸出援助之手,应急救人不但是道义之举更是英雄之举,但是应急救人必须讲究方法,如果没有掌握正确的应急救人方法而去盲目救人,往往会导致不必要的损失,例如:不会游泳者奋不顾身跳进深水中去救人,结果可想而知。所以我们在传授安全知识,教会学生逃生自救技巧之余,还刻意通过体育实践课来教会学生掌握那些在灾难中的应急救人方法。例如:面对灾难和事故中的脱臼和骨折现象,我们教育学生要掌握正确的紧急处理方法,具体步骤如下:一、迅速检查伤者情况,如果休克,应先做抗休克抢救(掐人中穴、胸外压放心脏法或人工呼吸),没有休克,要安慰患者不要乱动伤肢以免扩大伤情;二、根据现场条件和情况选择应急处理方法,如果现场已经没有危险,应该选择最佳的处理方案,万一危险仍然存在,则选择先简单处理(止血、固定和包扎),再快速逃离危险区;三、应急处理后要立刻将患者送往医院,将患者送往医院的方式有多种,我们首先支持学生能使用现有的通讯工具联系120或110来运送伤员,在不具备上述条件时,我们要求学生要学会利用现有的东西来做担架运送伤员(门板、椅子、毛毯和强韧的衣类等)。

1、前言
