When having to make a choice most people think they have to choose between the two. Far too often people go for the latter and naturally choose fun. For instance many people would prefer watching television, or more commonly known as TV to exercising, we all know that it’s true, right? 说明：演讲主题不限，选手可在主题范围内自定小标题。演讲内容可涉及学习、工作、生活中的点点滴滴，人生观、价值取向，人与人之间的关系等方面。文体形式不限，可叙述、可议论、可抒情，但要真实，体现个性。语言风格要求生动活泼，有感染力。每人限时三分钟。

（1）、选手演讲顺序于比赛前一天抽签决定，参赛选手出场顺序按抽签决定，从小号到大号依次参加比赛。

（2）、比赛程序：

A.比赛开始：主持人入场，介绍领导，宣布赛制。B.选手依次登台演讲。

（3）、比赛规则：

A. 成绩计算：评委根据选手综合表现现场打分（评分保留两位小数），评委成绩中去掉一个最高分和一个最低分后的平均分为参赛选手的最终成绩。

B. 参赛选手的最终成绩，从高分到低分依次排列名次，确定获奖等次。

八、注意事项

1、提前通知所有参赛人员，若在比赛中，三次提示未到的选手，视为自动放弃比赛。

2、初赛各班选拔参赛选手要认真对待。

3、抽签做到公平公正。

4、各负责人及评委保证比赛时的秩序，在每场比赛前做好充分的准备工作，以利于选手在比赛时发挥自己的最佳水平。

5、演讲者到指定区域就坐，其他同学以班级为单位就坐。

6、评分要严格按照评分标准进行，最后负责人上缴评分原始材料。

7、选手进行3分钟自选题目的演讲，演讲尽量为脱稿演讲。

8、各班级选择男女主持各一名；进入决赛选手名单、演讲稿提前一周上交。

一、多维一体化英语教学模式的基本框架

传统的英语教学从活动角度将教学划分为教、学、管三要素，其缺点在于不能显示学生在教学中的主体地位，基本上忽视了学校教育条件的制约作用。按照系统论的观点，系统整体的功能大于各孤立部分之和，亦即1+1>2。没有结构、没有整体功能的系统是不存在的。从系统论的观点出发，多维一体化英语教学模式研究揭示了构成英语教学有效性的主要维度，以及维度间的相互作用，并通过对多维加以优化，构成了一个有机的整体，从而较为有效地解决了英语教学中的许多疑难问题，顺利实现了英语教学的总目标。

从上图可以看出，多维一体化教学模式的主要维度有：环境、教师、学生、教材、教学方法和学习过程。环境包括社会环境和语言环境，环境影响教师的英语目标设计，也影响教师和学生的心理活动，甚至对教学过程、教学效果都产生影响。而英语的总体目标又反过来影响环境建设；教师的一切行为受制于总目标，他通过教材、环境等媒介影响学生。而学生除了受外部因素的影响之外，还受内部因素影响，例如：最佳学习年龄、语言潜能、个性和情感条件等。所以教师应注意发挥学生学习的潜能、发展学生的个性，培养其积极向上的情感态度，创设良好的学习条件，以取得最好的学习效果。教师在教学中应该帮助学生形成适合自己的学习策略，并使学生具备不断调节自己的学习策略的能力，这样才有利于形成学生的学习自主性。由于教和学的方法得当，在教学过程中，师生就会较顺利地完成英语教学目标。

二、多维一体化英语教学模式的总体目标

明确中职生的学习需要和目标，对英语学习表现出较强的自信心。能就日常生活的各种话题与外国人进行一般交流，并简单陈述自己的观点。听：听懂接近正常语速、熟悉话题的短文，能抓住所听语段中的关键词，理解句子之间的逻辑关系。说：能有条理地描述个人体验和表达个人的见解。能就日常话题与外国人进自由交谈，并阐述自己观点。读：要求认知单词4000左右，能顺利阅读一般性的文章，获取自身需要的信息。能读英文报纸。写：能流利表达自己的观念，写出连贯且结构完整的短文约200-300字左右。文体规范、语句通顺流畅。

三、中等职业学校多维一体化英语教学的维度

（一）环境

在中等职业学校英语教学中，环境是非常重要的一维，包括周围使用外语的人数和场合、官方媒介、总体外语水平等。环境对英语教学的作用最重要的就是体现在学生的愿学、乐学。浓烈的学习氛围例如：良好的班风、优雅的教室布置、具有外语气息的校园环境等，能提高学生的学习能力，使他们学得愉快而又顺利。

（二）教师

教师在英语教学交流中起维持内稳态的重要作用。学校所有的教学及管理活动都是依靠教师来完成的。英语教学质量的高低，一方面取决于他们的素质、水平、能力，另一方面又取决于教师主动还是被动、积极还是消极的工作态度，取决于教师协调合作的程度。某些职业学校所采取的“岗位责任制”及强调各个级组与各职能部门之间的协合，也是旨在追求英语教师能量的最大释放及他们的未来发展。

（三）学生

学生是教学的主体，英语课教学就是要让学生去掌握英语，使学生愿学，乐学，消除学习英语的心理障碍，掌握学习的策略，形成自学能力。只有在寻求知识的动态过程中，学生才能达到适应变化的目的。

（四）教材

在中等职业教育的环境下进行英语教学，教材是信息输入的主渠道。教材所提供的信息是否充足，呈现的顺序是否科学，各学段是否合理衔接，对教学效果影响很大。教材已不再单纯是传统意义上教科书，而是包括学生用书、练习册、教师用书、录音带、录象带、VCD、DVD、CD-ROM及各种图片、教具在内的系统教材。教材既有它稳定的一面，也有开放的一面，教师可根据学生实际情况添加或删除部分教材。

（五）教学方法

许多英语教师的教学不讲究科学方法，课堂教学仍旧采取“填鸭式”、“满堂灌”，方法陈旧，喜欢“跟着自己的感觉走”，较少考虑学生的实际情况和需求。具体方法作为工具，教师应多加研究，多加创新。

（六）学习过程

学习过程是学生形成良好学习策略的过程。例如：能否为完成具体的学习任务而制订详细的计划？能否反思、调整自己的学习方法？而给教师的启示就是：要有意识地帮助学生形成适合于他们的学习策略，从而提高效率，促使学生学习成功。

四、中等职业学校多维一体化英语教学的操作层次

（一）校园英语化，英语生活化，活动串始终

1.三分钟英语演讲：每周的周二、周四，每次由班上选一人给全校作三分钟的英语演讲，演讲的主题由老师确定，内容由学生写，再经过老师训练，以确保演讲者的榜样作用。

2.英语角：每天中午进行，由英语教师主持。每次都有一个主题，主题由英语教师确定，主题资料多是当周英语报上的时事、新闻，及其学生感兴趣的话题。学生分组分批去参加活动，目的是使每个学生都有充分的机会学说英语。

3.英语兴趣小组：每个星期一次，作为学生课外活动的一种形式，由学校的英语教师给学生组织活动及教授英语国家的文化。

4.课前两分钟演讲：每一节英语课前，让一个学生站在讲台上作两分钟的英语演讲，轮流进行，每一位同学都必须参加。演讲的主题由老师确定，演讲稿由学生自己写，再经过老师修改，由老师训练。这样，保证了每一位学生都能得到老师的个别辅导，加强了因材施教这一环节，有利于学生各尽所能。

5.英语广播：每天分中午和晚餐之后进行两次，由学生主持。主要用英文播送时事新闻和英文歌曲。

6.英语大使：为了在学生中树立学习的榜样，推广口语，在学生中选出优秀学生做英语大使。他们负责接待外来参观者，分别用中英文向来宾介绍学校情况。

7.节日活动：学校庆祝中西方主要节日，用双语进行交流活动，并且利用节日向学生介绍中西文化。例如：每年一次的Halloween化装舞会、Christmas carnival、Thanksgiving Day等等。

8.英语活动日：英语活动日是指由英语老师和外籍教师将学生带到户外，走出课室的另一种教学形式。例如：带学生到麦当劳、Pizza Hut去参观，在这种特定的环境下教会学生怎样Order食物，或学一些特定的食物名称等。

（二）师生人本化

“以人为本，促进发展”是中等职业学校处理师生关系的一条准则。就学校总体工作而言，“关心师生的日常生活，帮助师生的学习和工作”是第一要求。建议职业学校严把教师“入口”关，要求进入学校工作的英语教师发音要标准，口语要流畅，只有满足了这个要求，才会去考虑其它条件。教师进校以后始终强化On-the-job training（在职培训），每个星期都要组织全校英语教师进行业务培训，有口语的，也有介绍最新外语教学方法的。同时，职业学校也可以通过建立“造星”机制，创造条件鼓励师生去参加省、市、校级各种英语竞赛活动，培养和发展师生的个性才能，对学校而言，意味着成功地培养和发展了教师和学生的个性才能。对个体而言，无疑是增加了他们自身的社会价值。

此外，师生人本化还体现在教师和学生融洽和信任的关系上。教师应当注重尊重学生、激励学生。哪怕学生些微的进步，老师都给予表扬。在课堂上很少出现老师斥责学生的语言。良好的师生关系，愉悦的心理状态，无疑为学生人格的健康发展提供了保障。

（三）教法灵活化

灵活即多变，教师根据中职生的具体情况，教学内容的变化，调整和创新自己的教学方法。对教材的处理，主要表现为“三活”：

1.把文字活化成话语。文字是死的，教师的教学就是把这些语言内容通过教师自己的语言或录音、录像活化成为有声有色的话语。

2.把教材内容活化成实际生活。教学内容一旦远离学生生活，语言学习就会显得很遥远，不自然。英语教师在处理教材内容时，通常由近及远，充分利用周围的教学资源，创设情景，让学生的学习变得生动起来。

3.把教学活化为交际。英语教学的最终目的是要求学生学会交际，而把教学过程直接交际化则大大缩短了学生学习语言的时间，极大地提高了学习效率。例如：英语教师上的Theme Teaching（主题教学）就是如此。主题教学主要是为了训练学生在特定的背景下学会与人交流，因此，建议职业学校创建主题教学室，一进入这间教室就有身临其境的感觉。例如：这个月的主题是On the Flight，教师就把它布置成机舱的模样，在座位标示哪个是Window seat。利用此环境进行模拟表演，请学生扮演机长、空姐、乘客，教学生怎样办理登机手续，如果在飞机上不适应如何处理等等。学生所学的语言知识一经利用，就达到了自然交际的目的。

（四）学习自主化

为了使学生自主学习，灵活运用学习策略，教师应努力创设英语环境，引导学生怀有愉悦的心情去参与各种语言实践活动，敢于开口，获得成功感，产生满足感，从而激发学生强烈的学习动机，变“要我学”为“我要学”。另外，教师也要经常了解学生，问问学生需要什么策略，从而在教学中渗透学法，介绍学法，帮助学生总结学法，进行策略运用训练等。

帮助学生形成自主学习能力的步骤通常为：

1.要学什么？

2.为什么值得学？

3.如何学？

4.何时使用？

5.如何使用？

（五）评价多元化

建立科学的评价体系是实现英语教学目标的重要保障，评价的确立标准主要是依据英语教学的总体目标和要求，通过对教学实施的全过程和结果进行有效监控。从而让学生体会到自己的不断进步，感受到自己不断成功带来的喜悦。通过教学反馈，使教师有效地调整自己的教学思想和行为，使学生及时调整自己的学习策略。把形成性评价和终结性评价结合起来，既关注结果，又关注过程。既关注学生知识的掌握程度和能力的提高，也关注他们的情感、态度、学习策略等其它许多方面，考试只是评价的手段之一。即使是考试，教师也一改过去那种只考笔试或笔试加听力的做法，而是包括听力、口试、笔试等在内的综合语言能力考核。通过实施多元化的评价手段，促进了学生的全面发展。

（六）教学优质化

通过建立多元化的英语教育评价体系，使得英语教学始终在总目标的控制下进行良性运作，形成了富有自身特色的英语教学模式，教师敬业、乐教，敢于创造，学生富有想象，敢于实践，学习英语的兴趣浓厚，学习的方法科学、有效，职校毕业就已经掌握了2200个英语单词，具有基本的听说读写的交际能力。

一、课题研究的缘起

自新课程改革实施以来，《全日制义务教育普通高级英语课程标准》提出：“采用活动途径，倡导体验参与。让学生在教师指导下，通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式，实现任务目标，感受成功。”中学全新的理念和要求均强调学生的研究性学习，而研究性学习在英语学科方面，开展一系列学生喜闻乐见的活动，对提高学生的品味，加强文学修养和语言运用能力都具有积极作用。“寓教于乐”更是我们一线教师追求的一种价值形态，在全校范围内开展丰富多彩的主题活动，以活动引领学生，积极鼓励他们在“做中学”，在朗读、模拟、演讲、学英文歌、影片鉴赏、听力训练、主题讨论、同台表演中不断锻炼才能，完善品质，陶冶情操，砥砺心性，培养学生的模仿、观察、分析、比较、思维及综合语言运用能力，更能使学生在主动参与、合作竞争、登台表现过程中增进体验，品味成功，树立校园主流文化意识，培养社会主义核心价值观、人生观，促进他们积极健康地成长，获得终身发展；更能使学生树立科学的学习态度。

此外，学校英语组历时十载的“明港人的一台戏”和已经成功举行了三届的“明港校园英语节”。为本课题实施研究提供了坚实的舞台和实际操作经验；我们发现，“以学生自主学习为中心”的教学方式转型，代表了当代基础教育改革的正确方向，也为开展有效教学提供了重要的借鉴和启示。

课题研究缘起于区教研室主任波学期初在指导普通高中英语学科如何更好地撰写课题的若干有效建议，在我们外语组扎实进展的过程中，将如何实施的可行经验加以反思总结，认真整理材料，具有一定的理论意义与实践意义，对体现新课程教学具有重要意义。

在2012年第二届市教科研例会上，笔者在《大海边，捡起心形的卵石；蓝天下，放飞研究的翅膀——市德育课题研究心路历程》发言交流中，就“开展丰富多彩的英语主题活动”搜集整理了学校外语组通讯员发送的所有外语组活动纪实通讯、活动照片，向与会代表进行了成果展示，效果良好。

一个旧的梦想的实现，往往会引发一个新的梦想。于是，本着对学生高度负责的精神，我们走进了本课题的研究。

二、国内外关于同类课题的研究综述

新课程改革在全国范围实施以后，“任务型教学”和开展丰富多彩的活动向来是老师们研究的方向。但是，如何在任教班级形成一个核心文化、核心价值取向，在交际过程中习得语言，国外研究的题材较多，但国外孩子的基本状况、学情、家庭教育等均与国内高中学生差异悬殊，尤其是我校高中处于城乡结合部，在新课程理念下主要面向全体学生，尊重每个学生的个体差异，倡导学生自主合作，探究学习，崇尚积极的情感体验，开发课程资源，拓展学用渠道；采用活动途径，倡导体验参与。而通过学校大型主题活动的参与，全程跟进，学生的语言发展能力也会与时俱进，与校同台，与成长共在。

三、课题研究的内容及预期目标

1.课题研究的内容。本课题主要研究学生在主动参与班级及学校开展的“主题活动”（包括影片欣赏类，社区服务类，女排志愿者类，大型歌舞演讲秀，实践类，研究类，手工制作类，港口考察类，体育竞技类，国际友人联欢比赛类等）中如何促进自身语言能力的发展。尤其以英语演讲比赛和英文歌曲比赛中师生语言教学的策略、训练及原声带模仿朗读，演讲稿的准备，主题的设定，听力的训练，歌曲的排练、演唱为重点研究内容。因为学生有效学习语言的延伸与他们对经典演讲的耳濡目染、经典歌曲的传唱息息相关，在实践体验、同台竞技、互相勉励等多层次立体活动结构中提高学生的多元语言发展能力。

1.预期目标。①探索高中英语语言教学如何拓展学用渠道，主题活动开展同样作为探究有效语言学习的一种途径，并将每次活动举办的目的、参与人数、评价方式、学生获奖感言、活动反思等记入学生成长档案。②立足语言教学，丰富形式，让学生在导师指点下，实现主题活动任务的目标，在学生积极主动报名参与中潜移默化地培养学生健康的审美情操，探索“无招胜有招”、“教无定法”的多元语言学习形式。③提高教师和学生拓展教学资源，开发课程实践能力。在各个主题活动开展过程中，通过影片分段下载制作等（上课五分钟欣赏）课堂教学活动实践和课外演讲等延伸策略，进一步开发语言教学正能量和积极因子。④为诸如“走进西澳”等区级或区级以上各部门比赛培养语言基本功扎实、思维敏锐、语言综合素质俱佳的人才。

四、课题研究的实施

1.构建务实的“主题活动”实践体系。本课题组由学校外语组五名一线教师组成，由学校教科室主任林耕波老师牵头引领；聘请经验丰富的区教研室和教科所主任波为课题指导老师。

首先，确定五位老师及他们所在9个不同年级的班级为本课题的实施对象。其次，建立务实的活动操作体系，其核心是扎根课堂，功夫下于课外，多样实践。

总的活动操作系统由多次活动形成，每一次的主题活动基本流程：活动海报设计—学生自主报名—抽签决定场次—师生一起研究准备—预赛淘汰赛—问题分析、比较、改善、跟进、指导—决赛—评委当场亮分—颁奖—获奖感言—活动反思—得出结论，即综合提炼学习语言的多功能章法。每学期举行2到3次这样隆重的英语实践探究主题活动，循环往复，逐步积累，从而获得多种途径学习语言的普遍规律。

在这个实施过程中，学生在活动过程前认真准备，课题组教师以多种形式给学生提供帮助，他们出现的问题如何得以解决是研究的关键所在。本课题主要采用的“主题活动”如下：

（1）纵线比较实践活动——英文朗诵演讲类。英文演讲主要为一年一度的“西澳杯”区级、市级演讲比赛选拔人才。在具体操作中分为两类：一类指学生在课堂上进行三分钟之内的演讲，可以是即兴，也可以事先准备，然后教师或演讲人本身就演讲内容对全班进行提问，这样有助于培养学生的口语表达能力和听力水平，便于激发课堂气氛，但局限于教室；第二类演讲主题活动为全校性演讲比赛，准备统一的十几个话题给学生做准备，让学生进行第一轮筛选。具体过程：选定《新概念英语》或牛津教材朗诵篇目，先检测学生的语音语调；然后根据筛选出来的佼佼者，立足自备演讲材料，以学生的原创材料为主要评价标准，并在年级组取前六名，最后全校选出18名选手进入决赛，赛中增加“抽签问答”项目。

（2）横线比较实验活动——“同一首歌”英文歌曲大蝉联。横线比较主要是指多名学生在第一轮英文经典歌曲选定曲目中抽签定曲目和次序，横向比较进行分析研究。具体过程：歌曲准备（3首），每班限报两名，全校36个班，每个年级组有24名左右选手参赛，8人左右同唱一首歌，相互倾听，再由老师点评、指导，进行选拔。

（3）网线比较实践活动——国字号体育文化类（附件三：图片新闻《中外女孩明港球场竞展技艺》、《女排志愿者口译活动》）网线比较是指既有个体的纵向先后比较，又有群体的横向相互关照学习，并且还有课题组老师围绕研究主题的评析和判断。

案例——以明港中学、阳光学校、北仑职高部分学生和教师一起观看来自爱学国际书院和明港中学女子篮球队的一场联谊赛为例，学生基本都用英语口语交流、站队、中场休息，双方彼此既有同队队友之间的语言沟通，在比赛完了之后与对方队友切磋技艺，讨论传统节日文化，使得口语语言技巧在交流中得以不断提升。

2.探索有效的“主题活动”，激活语言能力的操作策略。在这一遍遍的实践流程中，课题组探索了“主题活动促语言能力发展”的有效操作策略

策略1：由“互动”激发学生语言思维和才能（附件四：《红五月国际友人联欢活动》照片与文字解说海报）。主题活动，顾名思义，就是每个活动有其主旨内涵。选择了怎样的活动就有怎样的话题“Topic”功能，而语言需要在使用时才体现出其交际价值。于是教师在安排外籍教师五月活动的一个主题是“环保”，以此作为一个话题，引导、启发学生深究底里，披文入情，从而提升品位和文学涵养，锻炼口语，拓展国际视野，激发自己对环境的保护意识，抒发对生活的感受。

策略2：通过语言练习开启逻辑思维。从语言出发的思维训练方式是多种多样的，通过主题活动，使学生欣赏文学作品，树立自己正确的鉴赏观。从语言学习的效果来看，这是一个动态地引入学生由浅入深进入语言学习的过程。

其实我们英语课的境界之一就是让学生的思维能自由地飞翔。所以，在口语主题活动中让学生实践，学生的想象和思维也会和情感一起得到激发和推动，穿越既定的时空，神游古今和四海，这样就能够让自己的想象力得到不断的发展，从而让自己的精神世界能够借助丰富的想象与表演才情抵达新的境界。

五、课题研究的成效

1.构建了高中英语“主题活动”锻炼英语综合语言能力的科学途径。本课题研究过程中，引导教师关注通过活动搭建平台的语言输出与情感投入的平衡；引导教师关注学生的知识学习、语言熏陶与思维训练的结合。这种平衡和融合，是我们高中英语学科借助“主题活动”平台，展示学生才情的辩证追求。

第二届全省高校演讲比赛开赛在即，由湖南省演讲与口才学会主办，经共青团长沙理工大学委员会决定授权朝闻道演讲协会承办长沙理工大学初赛选拔。参加此次比赛的有湖南师大，湖南大学，中南大学，中南大学湘雅医学院等全省近三十余所高校，组委会对比赛的进程及布置有了初步的部署，此次比赛分为长沙河西赛区、长沙河东(一)赛区、长沙河东(二)赛区、湘潭赛区、衡阳赛区，株洲赛区，常德赛区，七大赛区，按顺序进行各赛区演讲比赛初赛，十二月初将集中对各高校晋级选手进行决赛培训，为时一天。培训老师将由湖南师范大学演讲与口才协会指导老师杨智勇教授或者蔡颂博士授课。比赛总决赛在江边活动中心进行。

二活动目的

提升长沙理工大学学子对演讲的兴趣，提高同学们的演讲能力，丰富校园文化生活，彰显长沙理工大学新时代大学生的风采，共同努力只为成功举办比赛，培养出优秀演讲人才。与湖南省各高校开展广泛交流，让长理学子走出校园，开阔长沙理工大学学子的视野。同时，希望借助这次比赛，提高我校在湖南省高校中的影响力。

六活动具体安排

1前期宣传及准备

1、组织部于10月25日开始做活动宣传审批工作，10月30日申请桌椅帐篷，31日设点开展报名工作;

10月31日申请初赛所用教室;11月9日申请复赛所用文化广场。

2、宣传部于10月27日在汀香园和甘饴园前拉出巨幅喷绘，在各个宣传栏和寝室楼下的公示栏贴出宣传海报，并利用网络平台(新浪微博、新浪博客、腾讯微博、校园论坛、人人、空间等)等方式在全校做好宣传工作。

3、办公室在报名期间向全体会员通知，鼓励会员积极参加本次演讲比赛，并统计短信报名人员，制作出报名信息表。

4、外联部向社会各界拉外联，邀请相关协会、学生社团联合会派代表参加本次演讲比赛，联系各位嘉宾及评委出席比赛。

5、请校团委通知各学院分团委演讲比赛一、二等奖获得者可直接晋级复赛。

3初赛

1、办公室通知全体参赛选手于11月3日14:00到综教c106签到参加初赛(比赛正式开始后15分钟不到者视为弃权)

2、组织部和宣传部提前一小时布置比赛场地

3、主持人：梁芷维、田伟正

4、评委：邀请卡耐基、创业与口才等协会负责人、社团联合会代表与朝闻道演讲协会此次活动主要负责人共同担任评委

5、选手演讲：参赛成员进行3分钟主题演讲;

计时员以举牌的形式提醒选手演讲时间;每位选手演讲完，请评委进行打分，再由相关工作人员进行分数统计。

6、选手演讲完毕，由评委进行相关点评(若时间不容许，可分批次或结束后统一点评)

7、根据选手最终得分，取前20名进入复赛，由主持人宣布晋级决赛选手名单

4复赛

1、请办公室通知复赛选手着正装于11月6日12:10到文化广场进行出场顺序抽签

2、财务部准备演讲会场布置材料、获奖证书及奖品

3、组织部和宣传部于演讲开始前四小时布置演讲会场

4、决赛分为主题演讲与即兴演讲两个环节，主题演讲占成绩的70%，即兴演讲占成绩的30%

5、主持人：梁芷维、田伟正(注：大赛组委会和朝闻道演讲协会协会各出一个主持)

6、评委：邀请校团委陈娅玲老师、湖南省演讲与口才学会代表、社联主席及各协会会长出席并担任评委

7、选手演讲：选手一次登台演讲，主题演讲3分钟，主题演讲完毕后现场抽取即兴演讲题目;并进行90秒的即兴演讲;演讲完成，相关评委进行点评并打分;相关工作人员进行分数统计

8、所有选手演讲完毕，请评委进行点评

9、请校团委陈娅玲老师及湖南省演讲与口才学会代表讲话

10、奖项评定：根据选手最终得分，由高到底评选出一等奖1名;二等奖2名，三等奖3名;优胜奖10名

11、请各位评委为获奖者颁奖并合影纪念

演讲策划书模板3一、宗旨：让全校学生充分了解学校、激发热爱学校、爱护学校声誉的强烈责任心和高度责任感，增强同学们的对我校迎接教育部对我校进行本科教学评估的信心，进而使湖北大学发展成为国内知名、国际上有一定影响的地方综合性大学。

二、原则：以“知校爱校护校，争创一流学府”为主题，尽情发挥参赛选手的自身风采和演讲才能，以各自不同、新颖的角度和方式表达对母校的热爱及对母校成为一流学府的信心。

三、目的：调动全校师生积极准备，迎接本科教学评估的热情，增强同学们的自信心，自豪感，繁荣校园文化，发扬比赛的优良传统，选拔优秀演讲人才。

四、组织方式：由大学党委宣传部、校团委主办，教育学院团委与演讲与口才协会承办。

五、参加对象：大学所有全日制在校生(包括成教学院和知行学院)。

六、活动过程安排：

1、由大学校团委于4月15日前向各院团委关于此次演讲比赛的通知。

内容包括要求各院按照公平、公正、公开的原则，通过院级演讲比赛的方式选派优秀代表(学生达1000人以上的院选派2名，其余院系选派1名)参加该次院际主题演讲比赛。在4月30日前要求各院将最后选派的人员名单送于教育学院团委。5月19日举行决赛。

2、此次活动的宣传工作可包括板报、广播、采访、报道等形式，由讲协负责板报的宣传，而后三种形式可由演讲与口才协会配合教院或校团委的工作安排。

3、确定比赛场地。

4、邀请评委。

5、5月18日下午由教育学院团委安排各院代表到教育学院进行院际决赛人员出场的顺序抽签，5月19日下午布置场地，5月19日晚7时整举行演讲比赛复赛。

七、评分要严格遵照评分标准。每位参加者演讲时间规定在四到六分钟，要求脱稿，如有时间可加入即兴演讲(视具体情况适当加分)。

评分标准

1、紧扣主题，内容充实，立意新颖，文字优美(4.5分)

2、表述清楚，语言流畅，声情并貌(2分)

3、声音洪亮，普通话标准流利(2分)

4、服装整洁，仪表端庄(1分)

九、注意事项：

1、参赛者必须提前到场，到指定区域就坐。

2、为了衡量演讲者的演讲与应变水平，我们设有答辩阶段，对此，希望参赛者赛前需有充分准备。

1、设一等奖二名，二等奖五名，三等奖七名，优胜奖若干。

2、给获奖者颁发获奖证书及奖品。

为了丰富在校研究生生活，锻炼学生们的演讲能力和口头表达能力，增强学术气氛，给大家提供一个展现自我，提升自我的机会和舞台，研究生院决定举办一场别开生面的演讲比赛。

二、演讲主题

以"活力与梦想"为主题，尽情发挥各参赛选手的自身风采、主张观点及演讲才能，以新颖的角度和方式，阐述对"活力与梦想"的理解。

五、活动流程

(一)宣传及报名

10月25日起，以学院为单位，每个学院至少推荐两位选手参加初赛。

A.与宣传部合作，制作宣传板，海报和横幅，在各研究生楼及食堂下张贴大量海报。安排相关人员在各研究生楼宿舍楼逐个寝室发放报名表，报名表可制成两面，一面印有赞助方相关信息，一面印报名细则，这样可以一举两得。

B.和各个班级合作，各班组织委员对各班级进行通报，将宣传细化，深入化。

C.借助校广播台和网络，在梅陇客栈上网络版块，并开启网络报名方式，报名邮箱为：___@163.com。

(二)规则细节(初定)

大赛分为预赛和决赛两个部分。

预赛(考察选手的基本演讲素质)

1、时间和地点：10月底，大教室

2、评委：由主席团和办公室安排

3、比赛流程：

每位选手演讲进行五分钟的演讲。包括一分钟自我介绍和三分钟关于主题的演讲。最终按分数取前八名进入决赛。

六、决赛

1、时间和地点：11月初，逸夫楼

2、评委：由主席团和办公室安排

3、比赛流程：

(1)主持人开场白。

(2)命题演讲。选手按照赛前抽签顺序依次上台演讲，每人六分钟(一分钟英文自我介绍+五分钟演讲)。

(3)观众互动的小节目(由观众说出一个字，台上参赛选手说出一句包含此字的诗词)。

(4)宣布上一轮得分，淘汰两名选手，获得优秀奖。

(5)即兴演讲。大屏幕上给出6个题号，每个题号后面对应一个题目。按照赛前抽签顺序由第一个选手选择题号，30秒钟准备时间后开始即兴演讲，时间约为2分钟。其他选手照此依次进行。

(6)评委评分并点评，主持人宣布比赛成绩和名次。

(7)活动参与者合影，主持人宣布活动结束。

七、参赛要求

(1)本次比赛演讲稿的内容必须围绕"活动与梦想"的主题，结合实际，突出亮点，主题鲜明，积极向上，切忌空谈理论。

(2)参赛语言可采用中文或者英文，采用站立式脱稿演讲。

(3)参赛选手必须在赛前15分钟入场，找相关人员签到。

(4)比赛顺序由抽签决定。

(5)比赛开始后，各参赛选手不得无故退出比赛。

(6)每位选手的演讲时间限定在8分钟内。

八、评分过程

得分才用累计形式，两轮得分累加从高到低依次排列，决出一、二、三等奖。整个评分过程要求校研会同学参加，力求做到公平、公正、公开。

九、奖项设置

六、比赛具体流程

1、主持人介绍出席评委及嘉宾，宣布比赛要求和评分细则;并宣布比赛正式开始;

2、参赛选手按抽签顺序上台演讲;

3、主持人宣布选手得分(前三名选手的得分在第四名选手演讲完后宣布，往后每名选手的得分在后一名选手演讲完后有主持人宣布);

4、嘉宾点评(其间有工作人员计算成绩，并进行排名，得出比赛结果);

5、主持人宣布获奖名单，由领导点评并且颁奖;

6、获奖选手与与会领导合影留念。
