When I was young, I used to be very naughty. Life then was like a glaball ,shining with bright colours. I had once gone down to the river bank, catching a great many worms and was afterwards punished by mum. I had ever cut the pillow towel into pieces in order to make clothes for my dolls. Similarly, I was then blamed seriously. Once I even put the hot iron on the floor which immediately burnt a big hole on the carpet. Although I had done so many annoying things, my childhood seemed to be rather colourful. However, I had never had a clear definition about myself. But then something happened. It had made a great difference to my life and made who I am now.

I had always been afraid of having the intravenous drop in hospital. The first time I was taken to have the drop, I cried for almost half an hour and finally gave off at father's severe scolding. Watching the cold needle stabbing into my skin, I cried even more loudly. At that time, I never dared to take a glance at my hand and always needed my mother to stay with me at my side. Even if mum had told me many times," honey, there’s nothing to be scared of. Just close your eyes and sleep." I would still keep my eyes wide open, watching the liquid flow through the bottle and never slept.

Nevertheless, things just happened in a casual way. When I caught a high fever again when young, mum had to send for the doctor home to treat me. I was so sick that I became quite drowsy and then slept. When I suddenly woke up in the afternoon, I found the liquid in the bottle had already flown over ,while mum and dad were not around. I yelled, but finally found it was of no use. So I jumped out of the bed and pulled up the tubule. In the nature of things, the blood came out and dropped along the way I went downstairs. Things became different at the time I went down alone. I discovered that I could be independent. I was much stronger than I had thought. Looking back on the girl who cried all day, I came to understand suddenly that the strong part of the inner myself had been existing all the time. Seeing the anxious mum, I revealed a big smile to her. I could see that mum was trying to hold her tears back and scrubbed my blood on the hand. She didn't know that her little girl had stealthily grown up.

Since then, I became stronger. As you see now, standing in front of you is a confident and sunny girl. In my grown-up life, I've never cried for being injured no matter how serious it is. I can even go to the hospital alone when mum and dad are on business. I came acroso many difficulties in life, while I've never thought of giving up. Thanks to that extraordinary experience at my age of ten, I discovered a person inside myself who has been so important and unique to me. Just like what dad had told me before, "People are like tea bags—you have to put them in hot water before you know how strong they are."

i always feel tired after eight classes a day, so my dream school starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 3:30 p.m. there are three lessons in the morning and two in the afternoon. we can choose our favorite lessons to learn. we can spend more time doing some outside reading. the students do after-school activities for one and a half hours every day. we needn’t do a lot of homework. we are all happy to stay at school.

关键词:讲评及时;举一反三;讲评时间

现阶段,由于课堂时间紧等原因,教师讲评试卷时只是简单地核对答案,仅仅对错误率较高的练习题进行讲解。在这种情况下,英语试卷只是考核学生学习进度的工具。

一、讲评英语试卷一定要及时

根据小学课程的设置要求,小学生每周只有两节英语课。如果学生在课堂完成练习后不能及时收到所做练习的反馈,那么学生至少要一周后才能得到练习的反馈。根据艾宾浩斯的记忆曲线原理,在这种情况下,学生再次面对试卷时已经对做练习的情况毫无印象,那么讲评试卷的效率将大打折扣。因此,教师讲评英语试卷应当越早越好。在学生做练习的过程中,如果教师发现了普遍存在的问题,也可以马上进行讲评,特别是听力部分。例如:学生完成了听句子判断正误的题型后,只有教师及时讲评,学生才能在对所做练习还有印象的前提下反思自己的错因。

二、归纳考查要点,避免“流水账”

教师在讲评试卷时应注意提高趣味性,如果只是单纯地对答案、讲解语言点,那么讲评试卷的过程将变得十分枯燥,这也适合小学生课堂学习的特点。因此,教师要用轻松的语气分析学生的错误所在,可以通过转换题型或是提出假设等方式激发学生的动脑能力。例如:教师讲评完阅读短文填空题后,可以再追加几道判断题来检测学生对短文的理解程度。如学生对于月份的单词掌握不太熟练,教师在讲评听力部分的相关题型时,可以顺便复习12个月份的单词,同时配合快节奏的操练来活跃课堂气氛。

讲评试卷毕竟是英语教学的一种辅助手段,不可本末倒置地过多占用文本教学时间。基于上文提到的讲评试卷的时效性问题,要求教师必须一次完成对一份试卷的讲评。这就需要教师要安排好课堂结构,灵活运用课堂富余的时间,用不同的方法进行讲评。如果只有十分钟时间,教师可筛选一到两个最有代表性的试题来讲评,再针对该题简单拓展。例如:学生在大写字母的应用上错误率较高,其中the South Pole错误率最高,教师可以在讲评完这道题后让学生举一反三,这样才能避免学生再出现类似的错误。

讲评试卷的关键不在于讲评时间的长短,也不在于是否能面面俱到,而在于能不能在有限的时间内帮助学生发现、解决问题,提高学生的解题能力。讲评试卷应当有很强的针对性,还要考虑到小学生的心理特征,要避免简单说教。因此,教师在讲评试卷前必须做好详细的分析,充分准备好要讲评的内容。

关键词:模因论;英语演讲;教学设计

模因论是基于达尔文进化论解释文化传播的一种新理论,试图从历时和共时的视角对事物之间普遍联系以及文化传承这种特殊的进化规律给予诠释[1]。模因论的核心术语模因(meme)首次在《自私的基因》中被提到,仿造基因(gene)的构词法而得。基因是细胞的基本单位,模因是文化的基本单位,二者有相似之处。本文拟结合模因这一语言文化因素,依据布鲁姆教育目标分类法中的认知规律设计英语演讲教学思路,旨在为提高演讲教学效果、促进语言教学改革提供参考。

一、模因论与语言教学

在模因的复制和传播过程中,语言是重要的载体,语言本身就是一种模因,通过语音、词汇、句法和语篇等呈现出来。何自然等人早在2003年就研究了模因论与社会语用之间的关系,分析了语言的模因现象,指出语言经过个体模仿,再复制扩散到群体中去,如同“病毒感染”[2]。根据模因论,语言模因的传播过程需经过同化、记忆、表达和传输4个阶段[3]。这与布鲁姆教育目标分类法的认知阶段,即识记、理解、运用、分析、评价和创造[4]相契合。语言模因的同化和记忆阶段是指模因成功地进入新的个体记忆系统中,从语言教学视角来看,就是新的语言形式被学习者记忆和理解。在不断重复和强化的语言练习过程中,这些语言模因对宿主的影响变大,并逐渐内化,该过程渗透着“运用、分析、评价”等认知活动。最后,语言模因储存被提取,经过适当“改变或创造”进入能被他人感知和接收的外部世界,语言交际由此发生,而模因也借此机会从一个宿主传播到一个或更多的宿主中去。模因论与语言文化以及教育目标体系三维关系的建立有助于教师在英语教学中更好地实践Swain提出的语言输出假说,即可理解性输出。文秋芳教授指出这种输出练习是语言习得的关键,学习者在该过程中不断检验目的语语法、词汇及语用的得体性,促进目的语运用的自主性,从而提高目的语水平[5]。

二、模因论与英语演讲

教育部公布的《国家长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》明确指出,教育要适应国家经济社会对外开放的要求,培养大批具有国际视野、通晓国际规则、能够参与国际事务和国际竞争的国际化人才,而英语演讲所需要的语言文化素养符合这类国际化人才特质。“英语+演讲”这一特殊课型,集听、说、读、写、视几大语言技能为一体,在激发学生练习口语的积极性、增强表达自信心和提高表达能力等方面的有效性已被很多学者验证[6-8]。演讲所需要的逻辑思辨能力和创造性思维能力,近年来也得到我国高校英语教育界的普遍关注[9]。从语言文化视角来看,语言模因的复制性和传播性为英语演讲教学提供了新的思路。模因论证实了语言背诵的重要性,因为反复记忆可以使模因深刻地储存在宿主的认知系统里,而经过重组和建构,语言模因又可以以不同的方式传播,因此科学地利用模仿与背诵这些教学手段能极大地提高语言系统各模块的学习效果,包括语音语调、语法结构和词汇句式等[10-12]。这些研究基础为英语演讲教学设计的不断完善提供了依据。虽然基于模因论的英语演讲教学研究日趋深入,但指导学生辨识和运用语言模因提高英语演讲能力的教学策略还有待探索。本文以一学期的英语演讲教学为例,聚焦个别教学单元内容,依据布鲁姆教育目标分类法,将语言模因的习得过程与认知阶段相结合,构建英语演讲教学设计,旨在为学生提供以语言模因为驱动的自主学习路径。

三、模因论指导下的教学设计

根据布鲁姆教育目标分类法,认知过程从低级到高级分别为识记、理解、运用、分析、评价和创造。基于模因论的英语演讲教学设计旨在帮助学生辨识、理解和记忆优质的演讲语言模因,继而指导学生创造新的语言模因,组织演讲语篇。其中,开展课堂思辨活动尤为必要,学生在运用演讲模因过程中分析和评估语言的适切性和得体性,完成了认知的高阶训练。笔者基于多年英语演讲教学经验,根据自然语言中教育和知识传授、语言本身的运用及信息的交际和交流这3种模因传播途径,实践了一学期演讲教学。教学设计由以下3个阶段组成:

(一)语言模因的理解阶段

语言模因首先需要被宿主注意、理解和接受[13]。在英语演讲学习中,教师首先要指导学生根据演讲交际功能分辨优质的语言模因,继而帮助学生理解和记忆。以教学单元主题“演讲开篇”为例,StephenLucas在教材《演讲的艺术》中列出4项交际目标[14],如表1所示。我们选取杨澜的演讲CulturalProgramsandthe2008OlympicGames开篇部分作为分析案例,将其中有助于构建语义关系和增强篇章意义连贯性的语言模因及与之对应的交际策略进行归纳整理(表2)。学生在掌握演讲开篇的交际目标和策略之后,辨识、理解和整理杨澜演讲相应的语言模因,包括词组和句式。对于这种简单的认知活动,学生可以在课前或课后的自主学习中进行,教师利用线上教学平台或者线下课堂给予及时反馈,进一步解释与补充语言模因。

(二)语言模因的复制阶段

模因论的核心是复制传播,因此背诵在英语演讲教学中的作用凸显。与传统的背诵不同的是,演讲模因的复制要与不同的语境相结合,宿主对模因的记忆有较明显的选择性,继而组成新的模因语块和句型来实现交际目的。教师围绕单元主题,筛选恰当的演讲案例,在进行“输入性”语言模因的分析和梳理后,引导学生有效利用自己的感性经验选择语篇中符合教学主题的语言部分进行背诵,这个阶段融入了“分析”这一教育目标,为后期的语言“运用和创造”奠定基础。以马丁·路德·金的演讲“IHaveaDream”为例,选取最后以“Ihaveadreamthat...”为首句的若干段落,组织学生从逻辑层面对段落内容进行讨论,分析得出:演讲者对“dream”的表述是按照空间范畴由大到小排列,从“国家”到“佐治亚红山区”,再到“密西西比州”,最后是“自己的家”,但都围绕“种族平等”这一核心进行。这种句式并列、内容递进的演讲不仅能够打动受众,其内在逻辑和关联也能帮助学习者理解和记忆。教师可以进一步启发学生探索性地阐述“whatismydream”,尝试复制相似的句式和修辞手法。复制语言模因并不是简单机械地背诵,而是要融入理解和分析的认知过程。学生根据演讲教学主题,将语言的形式、内容和演讲交际功能结合起来,整理和记忆演讲模因。

(三)语言模因的应用和创造阶段

经过前面两个阶段,学生接收了大量演讲模因的输入,积累了许多标准语块和句式,进一步建构自己的演讲语篇,学习认知过程进入“运用和创造”阶段。以信息类演讲主题“介绍我的家乡”为例,学生借鉴杨澜演讲的开篇语言模因进行演讲表达。学生原始撰写:“Welcometomyhome-town×××.Therearebigmountainsandthescen-eryisverybeautiful.Ibelievethatyouwilllikethemverymuch.Myhometownisfamousfortra-ditionalactivities,suchasdragondanceandparadeinancientcostumes.Peoplegetcrowdedthenandyouwillgetexcitedaboutit.”。基于演讲模因仿写:“Youaregoingtohaveagreattimeinmyhometown×××.Manypeoplearefascinatedbythebeautifulmountainousscenery.Therearealotmorewonderfulandexcitingeventswaitingforyou,suchasdragondanceandparadeinancientcostumeswhichwillamazeyouanddelightyou.”。从仿写部分的英语句式和词汇、短语使用不难看出,基于模因的再创造使得演讲表达更准确和精练,语言内容也更丰富。借鉴优质的模因语块可以弥补外语习得者构建目的语时的欠缺和不足。在教师的指导下反复进行“运用和创造”这个高阶认知训练后,学生能增强组织目的语的敏感度。此外,课堂小组讨论和同伴评价活动也有助于学生使用语言模因并进行分析和反思。

四、教学效果及反思

(一)教学效果

1.学生语言准确度提高90%以上的同学在期末课堂反思报告中反馈,按照交际功能对演讲范例中的语言模因进行归纳、整理和记忆,有助于提高演讲语言输出的准确性和丰富性,缓解了“有内容但不知道如何组织目的语”的压力,“积累和背诵”也增加了语言实践。课堂演讲活动也反映出,经过模因式教学指导后,学生的语言学习和模仿不再盲目。优质的模因语块和句式在不同演讲主题和情境中反复出现,语句衔接更有逻辑性和条理性。在演讲模因重组和传播的过程中,学生在教师反馈和同伴评价中不断反思和修正自己的表达,形成批判性思维和创造性思维。2.学生演讲交际意识增强演讲不是单向的语言表达,应重视交际效果,需要演讲者紧扣交际目的,引发和促进互动,从而形成动态语境。模因教学以小见大,围绕词汇、句式和语篇,引导学生以交际效果为导向,关注开篇、结尾及段落衔接等,体现了教学的整体性和系统性。课后,鼓励学生以TEDTalks为例,按照科学、文化、艺术、生活和个人成长等主题,根据个人兴趣查找演讲资料,在兴趣的驱动下积累演讲语言模因,有效吸收、复制、创造和传播语言模因变体,不断增强自我学习能力。

(二)教学反思

教学设计尚处于初级探索阶段,一学期的教学实践不足以全面、客观地论证模因论在演讲教学中的积极作用,还需要将模因论的指导策略落实到每一个教学单元,反复实践。教学评价体系也应重视模因学习反馈,充分考量学生在课前预习和课后作业中理解和记忆语言模因的能力。要提高模因辨识敏感度和语言的复制能力,学生需要大量的视听和阅览实践,而课堂教学时间有限,教师需要引导学生加强自主学习,并建立相应的评价体系。学生在反思报告中提出,具有较高思辨性的说服类和辩论类讲稿的语言模因应用难度较大,即兴演讲和回答问题时语言模因的运用和再创造更富有挑战性,这说明教学设计需要在强化学生语言模因的综合应用及提高学生逻辑思辨能力方面进行调整。促进学生更有效地内化目的语和传播语言模因将是我们今后的目标。

1 背景

2000年,国家决定在内地发达地区的12个城市举办新疆高中班,内地新疆班的举办是国家实施西部大开发战略的迫切需要,无锡首届新疆内高班就选在了青山高级中学。为了贯彻党的民族政策,各级政府给予内地新疆班很大的关怀和相当的资金投入,希望通过新疆与内地的教育交流为新疆培养人才,促进新疆经济发展和社会进步,增强民族团结,维护祖国统一。从这个意义上来说,这些学生肩负着开发新疆,增进民族情感的历史使命,因此,他们必须用先进的科学文化来武装自己。但要想在短短四年内突破语言关,在学习上尤其在英语学习上赶超内地生,对他们来说远非易事。

2 新疆内高班学生的特点

新疆内高班的学生基本从未到过内地,相对内地学生来说基本功较弱,特别是在英语教育方面起步时间较短。然而,尽管语言能力起点低,但这些学生都是经过择优选拔的,对自身的期望值很高,有着强烈的求学欲望,因而大多数学生的学习目标明确,学习自觉性较强。此外,就我所带的新疆内高班学生的情况而言,这些学生学习英语的主动性高,并且性格较为爽朗,课堂上能积极回答提问,敢于和老师进行交流,具备很多内地学生较为欠缺的决心、毅力与热情。

3 对新疆内高班英语教学有效性策略的研究

3.1 汉语的障碍

尽管新疆内高班学生在正式高中教育前接受了一年的预科班教育,以提高其汉语言水平,过好语言关,但由于文化的差异,一些学生,特别是来自新疆偏远地区的学生,汉语基础仍然较差。如我在教授牛津英语M2U2 surround这个单词时,尝试让学生进行古诗翻译:The village is surrounded by green wood; Blue mountain slant beyond the city wall.(绿树村边合,青山郭外斜。)新疆班学生由于没有学过这首诗,因此难以理解。又如,我曾在课间教了他们一句成语“Never teach fish to swim”,意思是“不要班门弄斧”。新疆班学生又不明就里,于是我只得耐心地跟他们作解释:不要在内行人面前卖弄雕虫小技,关于鲁班,我也顺便做了介绍。

因此,通过我自身的教育经历,本人认为,由于新疆班学生的汉语熟练程度不高,并存在文化差异,因而为了减少师生间交流的障碍,作为一名优秀的新疆内高班英语教师,还必须掌握一定程度的汉语及历史知识,通过对博大精深汉文化的宣扬以及内地新疆之间的历史渊源介绍,来增强新疆班学生对内地的认同感,减少师生间的交流阻碍,达到理想的教学双向沟通,从而提高他们对学习英语的信心和热情。

3.2 阅读训练

3.2.1 词汇量的问题

有大半的新疆班学生在初中时都不曾接触过英语,因此和内地学生生比起来,他们明显处于劣势,尤其是词汇量远远不及内地学生,大部分新疆班学生的阅读速度慢且正确率不高(词汇量的大小直接影响阅读的速度和效率)。词汇的障碍构成阅读的障碍,如何扩大他们的词汇量成了当务之急。

我根据新疆班学生的实际情况,决定从以下几个方面入手:(1)牢牢抓住课本中的词汇。不仅包括词汇表中的,并且涵盖课文中所出现的单词和词组,这些是基础,也是根本。(2)利用好校本教材――校园英语。每星期都要求学生背诵一定量的单词和短句并定期抽测。(3)指导学生找出平时练习、考试中出现的新单词,每人专门准备一本笔记本将其记录下来,且注明音标。通过一个学期的实践证明,这对扩大新疆班学生的词汇量很有帮助,通过以上针对性的强化训练,可以有效地提高新疆内高班学生的词汇量。当然,词汇量的扩大是一个漫长的过程,不可能一蹴而就,需要长期的积累与沉淀。

3.2.2 阅读的技巧

新疆班学生阅读速度慢的另一个原因是阅读缺乏相应的技巧,每篇文章都一个字一个字地读,认为只有这样才能把题目做对,实际上这对于有限的考试时间来说,并不现实,且浪费了大量的时间。我曾在这一学期开学不久时做了一个测试,结果发现同样一份单元测验卷,内地学生都能在规定的70 min内完成,而新疆班学生则花了90 min,甚至更久。针对这一状况我对新疆班学生平时的阅读训练提出了明确的要求:(1)不要字字都读,要学会整体理解,明确主旨大意。(2)必须要在规定的时间内完成阅读和答题。(3)做题时不能查字典。

与此同时,我又有目的地给他们灌输一些阅读技巧。(1)猜测词义。猜词是应用英语的重要能力,一般可通过上下文,构词法等明确词义。如学生曾在英语周报第3期上做到这么一道阅读题:The underlined words “gourmet salsa” in the second part refer to ___________. A. some food B. some gifts C. some books D. some tickets

我们来看这个单词所在的段落:The Coppell High School junior class is selling gourmet salsa at school as a fundraiser for prom.A two-pack of peach and hot salsa cost $15,and a small jar of medium salsa is $5. To place an order,contract Janine Ricker at 214-496-6315 or .从这段文字中我们看到peach,place an order等词都与“吃”有关,因而可以推断gourmet salsa为some food,答案为A也就显而易见了。(2)先看题目,带着问题阅读文章。因为时间有限,所以大可不必一字不漏地看,可有针对性地对文章进行扫读,对有关信息进行快速定位,这样就加强了阅读的针对性,提高了做题的准确率,节省了宝贵的时间。(3)抓主题句,了解大意。抓主题句是快速掌握文章大意的主要方法,主题句一般出现在文章的开头和结尾,它往往对全文起提示,概括,归纳的作用。主旨大意题,归纳概括题往往可以直接从主题句中找到答案。

新疆内高班学生都希望通过高考进入内地理想的名牌大学,所以让他们适应内地的英语考试形式,掌握英语的阅读技巧是必须的。当然,培养新疆班学生的阅读能力也是一个漫长的过程,但只要坚持对他们进行阅读技巧的训练,推动他们概括与抽象,分析与综合,推理与判断的思维能力的发展,循序渐进,精泛结合,持之以恒,则一定能提高他们的阅读能力,取得理想的教学效果。

3.3 听力教学

新疆内高班学生英语学习的另一个很大的障碍就是听力,因此平时应该要求学生多听、多念、多模仿,尽量使自己发音准确,为听力理解扫除障碍。现在还有一个问题是英语课本中的听力练习与高考题型不一样,如何合理利用这些材料就成了首要问题。我的方法是:(1)将原材料改编成缺词填空题,以这种方式把听力原文提供给学生,降低了题目的难度。(2)设计成和高考一样的题型-选择题,这样学生做起来会比较有把握。(3)传授听力的技巧:①训练学生预测主要信息的能力。在听之前,学生要浏览已知信息(题目和选项)。②指导学生在听力进行时要学会抓住关键词和材料大意,做好记录。③即使一题没听清,也不要影响心情,否则会耽误下一题,鼓励学生带着轻松愉快的心情去听。④背诵听力材料。这些材料都是非常地道,原汁原味的英语,背诵听力原文不仅可以使听力得到提高,口语也会有突飞猛进的进步。

3.4 口语能力

虽然新疆内高班学生英语学习的困难较大,但课堂气氛热烈,乐于发言,敢于表达自己的思想,这无疑是提高英语口语的一个很好的基础。因此,在英语教学中,可以很好地利用新疆班学生的这种优势,开展一系列丰富多彩的课堂活动,积极创造情境提高口语能力。如我在教授牛津教材M2U3Project部分时,在经过Fast reading和 Careful reading这两个环节后,我先让学生尝试Retell,并给出一些关键词以降低难度, 接着又设计了一个Interview的环节,两个同学一组进行采访(一人为记者,一人为杨利伟),操练句型。通过这一课堂设计,学生在听、说两方面都获得了锻炼的机会,提高了学生灵活运用语言的能力。通过在实际教学过程中的观察,我发现新疆内高班学生性格爽朗,情感丰富,进行情境对话时没有内地生普遍存在的拘谨、放不开的情况,教学效果较为理想。并且,我通过对学生的反馈信息了解到,新疆班学生对本人采取的上述课堂教学方式也普遍持欢迎态度,说明这种互动情境模拟教学方式对新疆班学生是行之有效的。

4 注重师生情感交流,提高学生学习英语的兴趣

著名教育家陶行知先生说过:“真的教育是心心相印的活动,唯独从心里发出来的,才能达到心的深处。”不难领会,离开情感,一切教育都无从谈起,尊重学生,这是教育成功的一把钥匙。新疆内高班学生的自尊心普遍较强,而学习的难度有时又会超出部分学生心理能够承受的程度,致使学生自信心不足,产生厌学情绪。如果教师在英语教学中不重视与学生的情感协调,用简单、粗暴、甚至谩骂的方法对待学生,很容易挫伤他们的积极性和自尊心,导致不满、抵触情绪的产生,学生就会产生厌恶的情感,这样就会对英语学习产生反作用,所以教师如果摆出高高在上的姿态,采取怠慢甚至简单粗暴的教学态度是不可取的。

新疆内高班学生淳朴、率直,在平常的课堂教学中,我经常以表扬鼓励为主,因为假若每个学生只要主观上希望努力学习,并且点滴进步都可以得到老师的关注和肯定的话,无疑会使学生产生强烈的表现欲望和学习热情。另一方面,通过体育文化活动,课前课后的闲谈,与一些学生沟通、交流,在闲谈中渗透对学生的期望和学习方法的指导,这对激发学生对英语的兴趣也大有裨益。并且,作为新疆内高班,尤其民族和谐的特殊性,每逢过民族节日,如肉孜节和古尔邦节时,我都会与学生一起庆祝节日,到寝室给予节日的问候。学生特别喜欢尊重他们的老师,以情动情,以心换心,以此来增强他们学好英语的信心,激发他们的学习热情。我在所带的新疆内高班学生中就有好几个愿意和我坦诚交流的学生,英语成绩也都不错,不逊于内地生的英语水平。

总之,在新疆内高班从事教学的教师,不仅要会教书,而且要具备丰富的教育心理学知识,具备一定的新疆少数民族历史知识,通过有意识地与新疆学生交谈,减少由于文化差异而带来的师生间交流的阻碍,促进师生相互间的了解和理解;在教学中,针对新疆内高班学生的特点,有针对性地通过教学上内容、手段、方法的变化,帮助学生克服语言和心理上的障碍,激发他们的学习潜能和学习英语的热情,提高英语学习成绩和教学质量,让新疆内高班的学生在内地学有所得,学有所用,真正成为内地与新疆交流沟通的桥梁!
